Your Consent to Terms and Conditions
Please read the Terms of Use which govern your use of bluegoldtrader.com. You may print and keep a copy of this Document for your records. Bluegold Trader may change the terms in the Terms of Use at any time and such changes will be binding on you. Therefore, you should review the Terms of Use each time you access bluegoldtrader.com.
Personal Use Contents
The contents of Bluegold Trader are provided for your personal information only. You may display, reformat and print all the contents for your personal use only, but you may not resell or redistribute any data or content from bluegoldtrader.com. The contents of Bluegold Trader should not be used for investment advice. Bluegold Trader does not provide opinions or recommendations; give tax or investment advice, or advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information or other content available through bluegoldtrader.com. When making a decision about your investments, you should seek the advice of a professional financial advisor. For commercial use of any portion of the contents, you must secure the written consent of Bluegold Trader.
Membership
A Member is defined as one individual with a valid user name and a password. A member agrees and confirms that only one user will log in and use the Membership. Sharing licenses is considered a breach of this agreement. Data scraping, or any automated extraction of data, outside of Bluegold Trader intended data exporting functionalities is not permitted. Subscriber will pay the Monthly (30-days) Fee for the monthly subscription. All fees will be paid at the beginning of service. Memberships will not auto-renew. Bluegold Trader will not automatically charge your credit/debit card, when your membership expires. However, Bluegold Trader will send its members a 5-day notice informing that the membership will end soon. It is up to a member to renew his or her membership.
Membership Termination
A Member can terminate his or her membership at any time by sending a notice to Bluegold Trader by means of electronic mail. Bluegold Trader will not provide any refunds for cancelled membership.
Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability
Bluegold Trader makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information provided to you is accurate, complete and timely. However, neither Bluegold Trader nor its content providers give warrants of any kind. Due to the number of sources from which content in bluegoldtrader.com is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic distribution, there may be delays, omissions or inaccuracies in such content. Bluegold Trader cannot and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the content available through bluegoldtrader.com. Bluegold Trader shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting directly from use of bluegoldtrader.com., or any content through bluegoldtrader.com. In no event will Bluegold Trader be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on contents provided by bluegoldtrader.com. Bluegold Trader shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential, special, incidental, indirect, or similar damages) even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Bluegold Trader may discontinue or change bluegoldtrader.com, or its availability to you, at any time. This agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone.
Changed Terms
Bluegold Trader shall have the right at any time to change or modify the Terms of Use, or to impose new conditions, including (but not limited to) adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including (but not limited to) posting on bluegoldtrader.com, or by electronic mail, or by any other means by which Member obtains notice thereof. Any use of bluegoldtrader.com by Member after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by Member of such changes, modifications or additions.
Indemnification
Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bluegold Trader, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of bluegoldtrader.com by Member.
Contract Termination
Either Bluegold Trader or Member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Bluegold Trader shall have the right to immediately terminate Member’s Account in the event of any conduct by Member, which Bluegold Trader, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement.
